We started Abound Real Estate Consulting because we love finding, negotiating and developing real estate. We discovered there was a gap between the services provided by the traditional tenant representative, architect, general contractor and the business owner. At Abound, we serve as your personal in-house real estate professionals and project managers by providing a deep level of intimacy with your business and your project.

Founder Neal NeSmith began his career in commercial real estate as a broker representing tenants and landlords in the effectuation of real estate transactions. Neal then went on to manage The Summit in Birmingham, AL, a one million square foot premier lifestyle center where he oversaw operations, construction and specialty leasing. Most recently, Neal led the expansion for Steel City Pops from 6 locations to 25 locations in just over 3 years in 4 states through the coordination of site selection, design management and construction management.

  • Deal Making: Negotiation of LOI terms and leases with landlords for deals, management of internal review and real estate committee approval process and oversight of lease execution and management.
  • Design Management: Management of the entire design team: from architects to municipalities to general contractors. Coordination will ensure that each step of the process is completed in as timely a manner as possible.
  • Preconstruction Management: Synchronization of the bid process, master schedule and contracts to ensure time and cost management.
  • Construction Management: Coordination of the site development or tenant improvement construction process with members of your construction team, including site plan approval and permitting. Weekly reporting and regular site visits ensure the project is completed as designed and on-schedule.
